Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline, 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software. Preferred qualifications include experience with physician compensation, revenue cycle management, CPA/MBA credentials, SQL skills, experience in the healthcare sector, and knowledge of Great Plains software.
