Job Title: Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team at Goosehead Insurance. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer a comprehensive benefits package that meets the needs of our employees and aligns with our company's budget.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and ensure our benefits maintain a competitive position in the market.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Identify opportunities for new benefits offerings that align with company goals and employee needs.
  • Configure and maintain benefits within Workday, including benefits setup, open enrollment, and life event processing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience managing benefits programs for a large organization.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in Workday, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail.
