Key Responsibilities:
- Client Shadowing: Assist experienced agents in client consultations, learning how to understand and address client insurance needs.
- Support Calls: Aid in handling incoming calls, observing how questions are addressed, and solutions provided.
- Policy Assistance: Offer support in designing insurance plans tailored to individual client requirements.
- Learn Cross-selling: Discover opportunities for enhancing client portfolios through account bundling and cross-selling.
- Relationship Support: Assist in building relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
- Industry Education: Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance sector.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Licensure: Ability to obtain relevant insurance licenses during the apprenticeship program.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on customer service.
