Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Partnering with Sales and Fitness Managers to deliver a premier, member-focused experience that enhances member relationships and boosts retention.
  • Greeting members warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Engaging members with various fitness options, including personal training, group classes, and digital offerings, while maintaining personal connections and addressing inquiries.
  • Assisting with club tours and member inquiries as needed.
  • Contributing to housekeeping duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently
  • Capability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cleaning products
  • Understanding that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities

This position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods. A professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean uniform are essential.
