Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking all customers, making eye contact, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing regular cleaning tasks, restocking shelves, and ensuring proper sanitation and food handling procedures are followed.
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and secure all funds in the safe at the end of each shift.
  • Perform point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs to increase sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law.
