About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to drive company success by performing various clerical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft correspondences, reports, and other formal documents.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate appointments, events, and meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting onsite guests.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform a range of office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
