Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and deliver written all-source assessments to support operational elements
- Provide briefings on cases to mid- and senior-level client management
- Provide operational guidance for ongoing cases, ensuring counterintelligence (CI) issues are identified and mitigated
- Weigh the risks and benefits of various courses of action and make recommendations
- Coordinate legal and policy issues affecting overseas offices and/or cases
- Provide administrative assistance in support of overseas offices and/or personnel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience supporting HUMINT operations or a related field
- Experience in intelligence research and analysis
- Excellent critical thinking skills, high attention to detail, and sound operational judgement
- Strong organizational, writing, and briefing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and Polygraph
- Client certification as a Staff Operations Officer (SOO) or Specialized Skills Officer (SSO)
- Experience using client-specific databases to monitor traffic and communicate with overseas offices
- Overseas experience supporting operations including in high threat areas
- Foreign language skills
