Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Notre Dame Support Associate to join our team at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our resident sisters.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on 32 hours of work per week. This compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate and benefits that prioritize work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our resident sisters, understanding their individual needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with NOL TCC and Hospice staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Support the daily living activities of our residents, including assisting with personal care, medication management, and mobility
  • Participate in family council meetings, promoting open communication and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our facility, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with our residents
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our organization's values and principles
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed, with reasonable accommodations available
