**Job Summary**
Saint Vincent Hospital is seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist nursing service personnel with various patient care activities, including personal hygiene, vital signs, and linen changes.
- Prepare and serve food trays, provide between-meal nourishment, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- CPR and CNA certifications necessary;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
