Job Summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years old.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
