Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Representative to join our team at Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, ensuring accurate and clear information is provided.
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure timely and efficient processing of client requests, appointments, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
