In alignment with this mission, the Coordinator of Women's Lacrosse Operations plays a crucial role in supporting a high-quality varsity program aimed at challenging and developing the physical, mental, and personal skills of student-athletes within a Division I framework.

This position operates under the general supervision of the Head Coach and is focused on operational aspects rather than coaching.

The Princeton University Department of Athletics is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, values all employees, and empowers individuals to contribute their unique perspectives and talents, ensuring a sense of belonging for everyone.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the editing and breakdown of game footage within the lacrosse office.
  • Oversee the filming and video documentation of all practices, as well as home and away games.
  • Acquire video footage of upcoming opponents.
  • Manage the NCAA and Ivy League film exchange processes.
  • Assist in strategic development utilizing analytics.
  • Conduct opponent personnel scouting.
  • Support the management of a recruiting database for potential recruits.
  • Create and distribute recruiting mailers targeted at specific recruits.
  • Plan and organize on-campus visits for recruits.
  • Manage subscriptions to both online and offline recruiting services.
  • Schedule and coordinate all Friends Events, including coach appearances and alumni games.
  • Organize player and coach appearances within the surrounding community.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in necessary computer skills, including Microsoft Office and graphic design tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of the importance of recruiting for program success.
  • Trustworthiness with confidential information.
