Job Overview

ICR Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership and Accountability:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Safety Culture Creation and Enforcement:
  • Establish and maintain a positive safety culture, ensuring all team members follow proper safety protocols and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Primary Client Liaison:
  • Manage client communications, address project requests, resolve issues, and respond to concerns or inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Abilities:
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing projects in challenging environments.
  • Extensive Safety Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of MSHA regulations and safety standards for high-risk environments, including mining.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and team members, particularly in high-pressure or emergency situations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions, particularly regarding safety and project challenges.
  • Physical Stamina and Strength:
  • Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks in harsh environments.
