Key Responsibilities- Lead groups of students in fun and engaging activities that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure seamless program execution.
- Support students' behavioral management needs and provide a positive role model to foster emotional wellness.
- Engage students in sports, games, and other activities that promote social-emotional learning and physical activity.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Ability to work with elementary and/or middle school kids.
- Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
