The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the marketing initiatives of Complete Staffing. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in communication and relationship building within educational and non-profit sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Valid MA Driver's License is necessary.
- 3-5 years of experience in an educational institution is preferred.
- Experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communication with school district personnel.
- Engage with each school district consistently to foster relationships.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
- Exhibit exceptional written communication skills.
- Adapt effectively to a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in proofreading for accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Assist with fundraising activities on-site and through administrative support.
- Act as a liaison among various committees and the Executive Director.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Manage and update databases diligently.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, File Maker Pro, and InDesign.
- Maintain a good understanding of standard office equipment including computers, scanners, faxes, and copiers.
- Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials.
- Oversee monthly mailings.
- Maintain a focus on deadlines.
- Provide coverage for other support staff during absences as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
