About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise to our leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and leaders on a wide range of HR-related topics, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to drive business results and improve HR processes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
