Business Development Manager

$95k - $110k base + Bonus
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our commercial partnership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain broker relationships (ISOs)
- KPI Management
- Responsible for the development/achievement of new partners, revenue, and volume
- New business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new partners
Requirements:
- Self-Starter
- Strong Account Management and relationship building skills
- Proven business development ability who is used to both working towards and achieving targets
- CRM system experience (Microsoft Office Suite a plus)
- Driving Revenue and a hunger for success
