Position Title: Outbound Logistics Analyst
Employment Type: Contractor
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the Order Management team to generate SAFs for release to 3PL WMS, facilitating outbound operations.
- Oversee the WMS to confirm that orders are processed and prepared by the designated schedule.
- Review shipping records from the previous day against SAP, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Manage returns effectively, maintaining logs and coordinating pickups from customers to the appropriate 3PL warehouses.
- Conduct periodic assessments of non-compliance financial penalties from clients, investigating and disputing claims as necessary.
- Gather carrier invoices, ensuring validation for payment and timely processing at month-end.
- Load planned orders and coordinate with carriers, tracking both pickup and delivery schedules to guarantee timely customer delivery.
- Input Ready to Ship information into customer portals to secure necessary pickup appointments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Load Planning is preferred.
- Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions.
- Capable of generating reports and managing data to monitor open orders from receipt to delivery, including performance and expense analysis.
- Skilled in tracking expenses and processing them for payment after thorough validation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working in a manual-intensive environment.
