Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Leader. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical consultation and oversight to our staff and clients, collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure client progress, and developing and leading other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and oversight to staff and clients
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure client progress
- Develop and lead other team members
- Learn and implement innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
- Attend trainings and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working as a BCBA, ideally in a center-based setting
- Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques
- Success leading and managing direct care clinical team members
