ROLE OVERVIEW

Seasonal Customer Support Specialists at Stio deliver exceptional service through a phone and email ticketing system, leveraging expert product knowledge and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate possesses a positive demeanor, thrives in collaborative settings, excels in challenging discussions, and is committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

You will work closely with Stio distribution centers and customers who are eager to share their stories. Both remote and in-office work options are available, with a preference for applicants located near a Stio Mountain Studio.
Seasonal Customer Support Specialists report to the Customer Experience Shift Managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate daily via phone, email, and chat with customers and colleagues
Proactively manage the customer support conversation queue
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and within established KPIs
Clearly understand and convey Stio product information and processes
Maintain agent performance standards in accordance with company guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Intermediate computer and typing skills required
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Knowledge of outdoor apparel/apparel preferred
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Demonstrated versatility, initiative, and teamwork capabilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Part-time, hourly non-exempt role
Flexible scheduling available, with less than 20 hours per week
Holiday hours required
Seasonal role available through February 2025
$500 Gear Test credit
Seasonal employees will receive a Stio WFH equipment package
