Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives (CX) at Stio are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through a phone and email ticketing system, leveraging their extensive product knowledge and enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate possesses a positive demeanor, thrives in collaborative environments, excels in challenging discussions, and is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Daily collaboration with Stio distribution centers and customers is essential, and candidates may work remotely or in an office setting. Preference will be given to applicants located near a Stio Mountain Studio.Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives report directly to the Customer Experience Shift Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with customers and colleagues daily via phone, email, and chat
• Manage the customer support conversation queue effectively
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and within established KPIs
• Clearly articulate Stio product information and processes
• Maintain agent performance standards in accordance with company guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Intermediate computer and typing skills required
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of outdoor apparel and related products preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated versatility, initiative, and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position is full-time, hourly non-exempt, with flexible scheduling of 30-40 hours per week following an initial training period. Holiday hours are required, and employees will receive holiday pay and paid sick time. Seasonal roles are available through February 2025, and seasonal employees will receive a Stio work-from-home equipment package.
