Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing communications to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing, service appointments, and general support.
- Provide initial troubleshooting assistance for alarm systems, including silencing alarms and managing system settings.
- Coordinate service appointments and inspections for alarm systems.
- Support technicians by modifying schedules and rescheduling as needed.
- Conduct basic data entry within our monitoring and accounting systems.
- Offer constructive feedback to management concerning service challenges or customer concerns.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Experience in scheduling or service coordination is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify solutions for clients.
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person) primarily with internal teams, field technicians, sales representatives, and clients.
- Foster a positive working environment with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
