Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing communications to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding billing, service appointments, and general support.
  • Provide initial troubleshooting assistance for alarm systems, including silencing alarms and managing system settings.
  • Coordinate service appointments and inspections for alarm systems.
  • Support technicians by modifying schedules and rescheduling as needed.
  • Conduct basic data entry within our monitoring and accounting systems.
  • Offer constructive feedback to management concerning service challenges or customer concerns.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in scheduling or service coordination is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify solutions for clients.
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person) primarily with internal teams, field technicians, sales representatives, and clients.
  • Foster a positive working environment with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
