OSP Construction Project Manager

As a OSP Construction Project Engineer at Lumos Networks, you will be responsible for managing the construction and installation of our Outside Plant (OSP) network. This includes overseeing line-crews, splicers, and contract crews to ensure projects are completed safely and on time within budget parameters.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage OSP crews to meet project deadlines and objectives
* Ensure crews follow proper safety guidelines and NESC code for aerial construction
* Partner with procurement on material forecasting and scheduling
* Coordinate with contractors on permit needs and local partnerships
Requirements
* 5+ years' technical experience in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations
* Strong understanding of OSHA rules, NESC requirements, and federal and local regulations
* Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects in various geographical areas
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
