Job Summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Astoria and Tillamook area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing our customers by delivering and installing propane, performing routine maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install propane to customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance on propane equipment and vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Grow and maintain current market share through prompt delivery of all products and regular communication with current customer base
  • Make proper recommendations of propane and services to customers and promote CHS products and services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance and/or Field Service Maintenance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Experience with power tools and other tools needed to complete work related to LP service work
  • CETP certifications or ability to obtain
  • CDL with hazmat, airbrake and tank endorsement or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work additional hours and be on-call as needed
