Join Solventum's Team as a Project Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Engineer to join our Capital Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and reporting on the Solventum corporate Engineering Capital Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Capital Project estimating standards and tools for the teams to ensure consistent format and content across all investments.
  • Administer the capital project budget planning efforts and timing in conjunction with Finance.
  • Coordinate with business and engineering leaders to develop and finalize the project list and priorities to be rolled up to the overall corporate investment plan.
  • Manage the capital project approval process, ensuring all requests have been vetted and approved per the company governance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of project estimating and controls experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND 12 years of project estimating and controls experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
