Role Responsibilities:
As a Lead Marine Systems Engineer, you will:
  • Utilize your knowledge of marine engineering principles to conduct comprehensive engineering analyses.
  • Work autonomously while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills within the marine structures domain.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and perform structural designs for marine facilities.
  • Provide technical support for various marine projects, including dredging and shore protection.
  • Review design modifications due to construction challenges and approve necessary documentation.
  • Address technical inquiries from construction teams and participate in coordination meetings.
  • Guide the transportation and installation processes for modular marine structures.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Significant experience in marine structure design, with a focus on ports, terminals, and related facilities.
  • Proficiency in commercial engineering software.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in structural and geotechnical design.
  • PE Registration or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.

Work Environment:
This position allows for flexible telework arrangements, with occasional travel required for site visits and meetings.
