Job Summary

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Judge Advocate to join our team. As a Marine Judge Advocate, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support to commanders and deployed Marines, as well as representing the United States in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prosecute felonies and misdemeanors in courts martial as a first chair
  • Defend constitutional protections
  • Advise commanders and generals on legal matters
  • Provide legal assistance on family, consumer, tax, estate, and immigration law
  • Ensure compliance with federal statutes and regulations
Advantages and Opportunities

  • Criminal Litigation: experience on both sides of the aisle as a Trial Counsel (prosecutor) or Defense Counsel
