Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team on a 1099 commission-based arrangement. As a representative, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.

This role offers the flexibility to work independently while enjoying the support and resources of a dedicated team. This is a 1099 opportunity. Work independently and grow your career in the industry. 50% remote and 50% local position.

Qualifications:

  • Able to pass a legal background check (no felonies or thefts)
  • Open for non-license candidates and willing to gain one
  • Proven people experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn, be coachable, and teach others
  • Desire to grow your own business
