Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Management Specialist to lead our CRM initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM programs that foster customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Manage and optimize CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to inform CRM program development and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
