Director, CRM

As a key member of the Motto Clear Aligners team, the Director, CRM will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with the overall brand and marketing strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to inform customer interactions and drive business results.
  • Develop and execute a rigorous testing agenda to optimize content and channel performance, leveraging iterative testing, data analysis, and continuous learning and improvement.
  • Measure and analyze CRM channel performance, including email and SMS marketing, to drive appointments, revenue growth, and channel efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing automation programs, leveraging tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and manage CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in CRM marketing, including cross-channel contact strategy, customer segmentation, direct marketing campaign development and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience leading multi-functional teams.
  • Broad knowledge of CRM and CDP tools, including marketing automation platforms and relational databases.
  • Experience designing and deploying comprehensive, cross-channel CRM programs, utilizing a variety of messages, content, incentives, and engagement best practices.
  • Deep customer journey/lifecycle marketing expertise, including segmentation, personalization, and customer journey management at scale.
