Job Summary

The Centralized Admissions Coordinator will play a critical role in the admissions process at ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the admission process, collecting and evaluating screening information, and maintaining knowledge of substance use and disorders.

About the Position:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; college classes preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
