Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Centralized Admissions Coordinator to join our team at ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC. This role is responsible for navigating potential clients through the admission approval process and ensuring timely documentation.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate the admission process for residential facilities with rapid, consistent, and responsive support to clients and regional offices.
  • Accurately collect and evaluate screening information from potential patients and/or family members.
  • Maintain knowledge of chemical dependency signs and symptoms in adults and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with directors and managers to meet facility goals.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; college classes preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Comfortable working with the public.
  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in crisis response preferred.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
