Job Title: Sales Content Coordinator

HealthStream is seeking a highly skilled Sales Content Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain proposal content, including RFPs, RFIs, and presentations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and develop new proposal materials
  • Work with sales executives to understand client needs and develop proposal strategy
  • Contribute to the collection of standard RFP response materials and incorporate them into the content repository
  • Cultivate critical relationships across the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Active use of technical tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills
