Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to provide support to our Ad Sales teams, clients, and sales partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain databases containing sales information, programming grids, quarterly highlights, key household and demo ratings, etc.
  • Research, develop, and maintain databases of advertiser, ad agency, and sales partner contact information and status.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations.
  • Coordinate facets of integrated marketing campaigns for advertisers, ensuring client satisfaction and project completion.
  • Provide sales and financial reports, including revenue reports, sales pulse reports, inventory/schedule/rates/operations requirement reports, and other reports as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
