Program Supervisor Opportunity at Sevita

Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, more independent lives. We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team in St. Michael, Minnesota.

About the Role

As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will also supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
