Role Responsibilities:

The ESEP Program Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and support to a team of ESEP Case Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to families in crisis. This role involves collaboration with agency leadership and community partners to enhance the effectiveness of the ESEP Program.

  4. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and implementing regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
  5. Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  6. Technology Proficiency: Utilizing office equipment and software applications effectively.
  7. Quality Assurance: Monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with program standards.
  8. Risk and Safety Awareness: Adhering to safety policies and reporting concerns as necessary.
  9. Financial Management: Maintaining data securely and exercising financial responsibility.
  10. Staff Leadership: Fostering professional development and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in child welfare, with required Child Welfare Professional Certification and a valid driver's license.
