Role Responsibilities:
The ESEP Program Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and support to a team of ESEP Case Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to families in crisis. This role involves collaboration with agency leadership and community partners to enhance the effectiveness of the ESEP Program.
Key Skills Required:
- Understanding of Internal Processes: Knowledge of the child welfare dependency system and the ability to navigate internal and external operations effectively.
- Management of Services: Overseeing daily operations, setting specific goals, and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service coordination.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and implementing regulatory guidelines and professional standards.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilizing office equipment and software applications effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with program standards.
- Risk and Safety Awareness: Adhering to safety policies and reporting concerns as necessary.
- Financial Management: Maintaining data securely and exercising financial responsibility.
- Staff Leadership: Fostering professional development and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in child welfare, with required Child Welfare Professional Certification and a valid driver's license.
