Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Leo A. Hoffmann Center, Inc. as a Program Supervisor. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in mental health services, program management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and agency standards.
  • Develop and implement program budgets, monitoring productivity and client no-show benchmarks to meet budgetary goals.
  • Coordinate referrals and clinical scheduling for outpatient services, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Provide administrative supervision to program staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain external partnerships and agency relationships to secure referral sources.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or related human service field.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota via independent licensure as LP, LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience post-independent licensure in outpatient mental healthcare.
  • Experience and/or training in providing clinical supervision.
