AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Rossi Chevrolet GMC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and train sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Previous dealership and management experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of CDK, DMS, and desking systems
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach
