We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Experience Strategist to join our team at Cook Children's Health Care System. This role is responsible for providing direct support to the development and implementation of the Digital Experience roadmap.
About the RoleThis position requires a customer-focused, data-driven, strategic, organized, innovative, tech-savvy, and passionate communicator who strives to help members, clinicians, and health plan team members effectively engage in a variety of digital experience initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and apply expertise in two or more experience disciplines to ensure that applications and related technologies meet the strategic and business goals of the organization.
- Support the creation, implementation, development, and optimization of technology-related programs in a healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to deliver a consistent and quality experience to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field required.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in a healthcare, healthcare IT, or marketing technology setting.
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional peers.
- Demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications in Tapestry, MyChart, and EpicCare Link strongly preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
