Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our high-performing team as a Digital Marketing Strategist. The successful candidate will lead IPT's marketing efforts, focusing on LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and event planning.
This role will work closely with the design team to create engaging content, optimize SEO strategies, and manage trade show logistics, along with other marketing initiatives. Collaborating with internal teams, this role will help align branding and messaging to drive growth.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, and social media.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Manage and grow IPT's social media presence on LinkedIn by creating posts, monitoring posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
- SEO Optimization: Improve website content and structure for enhanced organic search performance by conducting keyword research and refining our SEO strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on marketing performance to make improvements.
- Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and other promotional activities, handling logistics, registration, and on-site support as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials for promotional activities.
- Brand Messaging: Collaborate with the design team to develop brand messaging, ensuring consistent representation across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Operations, Product, Design) to align goals, messaging, and strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field from an accredited US university.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B setting within oil and gas.
- Expertise in LinkedIn marketing and advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
