Job Title: Workday Human Resources Functional Lead

Ankura Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Workday Human Resources Functional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the assessment, implementation, and ongoing production support for Workday's HCM module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day system and operations issues, system troubleshooting, and manage severity assignments and set priorities for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and train stakeholders on user procedures, process maps, guidelines, and policies as needed.
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions.
  • Perform Workday administrative functions including business process and tenant configuration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and BPs involving HR data.
  • Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Maintain the roles related to security groups, including working with functional areas to assign roles to new employees and re-assign roles for terminated employees.
  • Open/edit Cost Centers and Locations, working in partnership with Ankura's Finance team.
  • Administer reorganizations of the Supervisory Organization structure as needed.
  • Oversee and communicate new Workday releases as needed and ensure expected system operations across upgrades.
  • Lead integration and data conversion efforts for acquisitions as needed.
  • Customize and edit Enterprise Interface Builders for use by HR team.
  • Perform regular HR data audits within Workday to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure data privacy compliance and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of Workday Administration and/or configuration experience required.
  • Advanced experience of Workday configuration in three or more of the following areas: HCM, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
  • Experience with HR business processes and security and how to best leverage Workday.
  • Project experience with gathering requirements, architecting system configuration, leading testing, and implementation.
  • Ability to work through complex issues and challenges and present business stakeholders with clear options for solutioning.
