Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
