Job Description
The Clinical & Professional Education Manager will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including leading and managing team members such as Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage individuals, as well as the tactical execution of clinical and professional education objectives across the Western United States Region. This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to perform at high levels independently, and compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations.

Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Through collaboration with Regional Managers and Territory Sales Managers, this role will recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage individuals
- New Hire Training: Support the development and delivery of pre and on-site New Hire Training materials
- Case Coverage: Work with Sales to perform case coverage when a clinical need arises
- Peer-to-Peer: Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing to vet and assess new potential faculty to deliver educational activities for society meetings, commercial team meetings, and new customers

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of clinical professional training
- OR and surgical based experience
- Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices and urology experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience training surgeons, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, including overnight trips, primarily within the Western United States Region

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the individual resides and a clean driving record
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations
- Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear up to 8 hours a day; lift and carry up to 20 pounds
