Lead Phlebotomy Technician

Job Summary:
Vitalant is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Phlebotomy Team Lead to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians.
- Coordinate the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
- Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during the phlebotomy process.
- Drive company vehicles, including vans and buses, to drive sites.
- Ability to complete and pass CDL license program.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Successful completion of supervisory training program within six months.
Requirements:
- Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
