Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the performance of preventative and routine maintenance on all manufacturing and support-related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing electric motors, CNC spindles, ball screws, and mechanical assemblies
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with vendors when necessary
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with vendors to source parts and repair equipment
  • Maintain accurate records in maintenance software
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or certification a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical skills and basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
