Assembler - Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. in Beaverton, OR. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality optics products for the world's most relentless hunters, shooters, law enforcement, and military professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various assembly processes to produce Leupold & Stevens products
• Manipulate and install small parts and pieces to create sub-assemblies and finished products
• Clean and visually inspect products to ensure quality
• Use a wide range of simple hand and power tools
• Work from diagrams and work instructions
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Ability to manipulate small parts
• Ability to visually inspect for quality
• Detail orientation
• Passion for quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Desire to learn new things and share great ideas
Physical Demands:
Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE. Ability to stand or sit for long periods; Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to use full range of motion. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with assistance.
