We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a full-time nurse, you will have the opportunity to work multiple shifts and schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest techniques and technologies in operating room nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in an operating room setting.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
