Resumen del Trabajo:

Buscamos un Especialista en Soporte de TI y Ciberseguridad a tiempo completo para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico. Este rol implica proporcionar soporte técnico de primera clase a nuestros clientes y mantener nuestros sistemas internos. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida base en prácticas de TI y ciberseguridad, con la capacidad de solucionar y resolver problemas relacionados con computadoras, impresoras, equipos de red y diversos entornos de software, incluyendo Office365 y Google Workspace. La experiencia en instalación, mantenimiento y respuesta a brechas de firewall es crucial. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar con una variedad de tecnologías, incluyendo estaciones de trabajo Windows y Mac, servidores Linux y Windows, y soluciones de almacenamiento NAS.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico oportuno y efectivo a los clientes, abordando problemas relacionados con computadoras, impresoras, equipos de red y aplicaciones de software.
  • Instalar, configurar y mantener firewalls y otras medidas de ciberseguridad para proteger contra amenazas y accesos no autorizados.
  • Monitorear sistemas de seguridad y responder a alertas, manejando posibles brechas con urgencia y competencia.
  • Soportar y gestionar Office365, Google Workspace y otros servicios basados en la nube.
  • Mantener y solucionar problemas de estaciones de trabajo Windows y Mac, servidores Linux y Windows, y sistemas de almacenamiento NAS.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar los sistemas internos y los protocolos de seguridad, asegurando el más alto nivel de protección tanto para nuestra empresa como para nuestros clientes.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y amenazas en TI y ciberseguridad, avanzando continuamente en sus habilidades y conocimientos.

Requisitos - Debe Tener:

  • 1-5 años de experiencia en MSP.
  • Fuerte comprensión de conceptos de redes, prácticas de ciberseguridad y técnicas de solución de problemas.
  • Competente en la gestión y soporte de estaciones de trabajo Windows y Mac.
  • Servicios en la nube como Office365 y Google Workspace.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente, capaces de explicar conceptos técnicos a usuarios no técnicos.

Requisitos - Plus:

  • Certificaciones relevantes (por ejemplo, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ciberseguridad) son un plus.
  • Capacidad demostrada para instalar, configurar y mantener sistemas de firewall y responder a brechas de seguridad.
  • Servidores: Instalación, Configuración y Mantenimiento de Windows y Linux.
  • Experiencia con soluciones de almacenamiento NAS.
