Job Overview
This sales role involves working within a defined territory to close sales and win new business by developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth. You will leverage your skills and experience to implement a top-down sales strategy, assess buyer needs, and present the best ADP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand business within assigned territories and meet sales goals.
- Build trust with clients and establish strong relationships through exceptional communication and customer service.
- Prioritize and manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and successful closure of deals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales, preferably in the field.
- An established network and experience carrying a quota, with a proven track record of closing sales and managing relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
