Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the remanufactured engines market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our distributor and dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributor and dealer network
- Provide sales training and support to ensure our distributors and dealers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Collect and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate market potential and make recommendations to drive sales growth

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the remanufactured engines market
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the remanufactured engines market
- Prior experience with MTU products or comparable diesel products
- Spanish language proficiency
